The Synergen
I.D.E.A. process guides you through the campaign development process step by step:

Identify - where do you want to go?
Design - how are you going to get there?
Execute - take the journey.
Analyze - how did we do?


Identify

"If you don't know where you're going, how will you know when you've arrived?"


This is the most critical and often most overlooked step in any campaign. It sets the stage for all that follows by defining the problem or issue at hand and the specific results to be achieved.

Working closely together, we identify your:

  • Campaign/project scope and objectives
  • Target audience
  • Constraints
  • Relevant metrics (measurements of success)


Design

"Wishful thinking is not a plan for success."


Once the objectives have been identified, we design a strategic plan to reach your goals. Depending on your objectives, a plan may be simple and direct or it may be quite involved. If your campaign requires a truly unique and creative design, we will ask you to complete our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Execute

"The jouney of a thousand miles begins with a single step."


With end-goals in mind and the plan in place, it is time for action! In the execution step, the plan is implemented into the market. While this is typically performed by the client, we are available to assist as needed.

Analyze

"That which is measured improves."


It is vitally important to measure and analyze the results of any campaign or project. How did the actual performance compare to the expected results? What new information was learned? What worked better than expected? What could be improved next time?

It is critical that this step be performed at the end of a short project or campaign. For small projects, this doesn
't need to be an e labo rate p rocess, but it does need to be done.

For longer campaigns it is important to check progress and milestones while the campaign is under way. This "reality check" can identify trends early in the process and allow for in-campaign fine tuning for superior results.
